Time for a new Challenge!

It's a long time ago since I have updated my blog. But as you know holidays, school and everythings else is so time-consuming that there was litterally no time left for crafting.

But now I am back with hopefully loads of new things to see! I have a couple of ideas in my head. So we will see!

So let's start with one of my favourite challenges - Just us Girls! This week's task was to use a template.
I used the template I found in the British magazine "Papercraft Inspirations". The link is here.
The templates are to be found on sheets 7 and 8.

And this is my inspiration out of it. I also created a little post-it note holder made of coasters in the matching design. The size of the bag holds easily a CD cover!

Supply list:
  • White cardstock
  • Designer paper from Cosmo Cricket
  • Red velvet ribbon
  • Felt flower
  • Rhinestones and half pearls
  • Paper flowers
Thanks for looking! I really love hearing/reading your comments!

A lot to share!

Been quite productive those days. So there is a lot to share!

This is the first time that I participate in the "Stampavie and more" Challenge. So this is my entry for the Challenge No. 102.

This is also my entry for the "That's krafty Thursday" challenge. I am currently fallen in love with Kraft cardstock. Stamping the image directly on Kraft and coloring with polychromos blended with Diluent produces a very own style. For me it looks a bit "rustic" and not so "darling sweet".

So if you scroll down you will find other cardstock projects.

A similar card two times in different colors:

Supply list:
  • Image Elzybells, colored with polychromos blended with diluent
  • Kraft cardstock and vanilla white from SU
  • Ribbon
  • Breads
  • Half pearls
  • Button
  • Liquid pearls
Thanks for looking!

It makes me happy when you leave a comment!

As I used a browish cardstock (cookie dough from Elzybells) it is also suitable to submit to the "That's Krafty Thursday" Challenge.

Yesterday I found out what Kraft cardstock is and I even found a shop in Germany where it is sold. So maybe for the next challenge I may even have the right cardstock!

Just Us Girl Challenge No. 24

This week's JUG Challenge was a Flap Card. Following the tutorial I was hooked by this type of card. As I recently purchased the delicate backround paper (it's made from a shining transparent fibre) I had to make this winter card. As the temperature outside here is still more winter than spring I thought it does not matter to create a christmas card in spring.
      So here it is:
      Supply list:
Digi image from Pink Cat Studio colored with copics
Backround paper is a fibre material
Varios snowflake punches with silver half pearls
      Ribbon
      Cardstock from SU

The snow hills at the bottom of the card is the flap. They are layed using dimensionals. Unfortunately you can't see the 3-D effect! The edges are sponged with blue ink.

      Another birthday card!

Another birthday card in puple and pink!

I used Matilda Muffinbread from Stamping bella; colored with copics and decorated with stickles. The muffin Matilada holds in her hands is of pink fun flock decorated with pearls to give the muffin a fluffy strawberry icing.
The designer paper is from Tilda - a Danish desinger. Cardstock ist from SU. I also used flower buttons and paper ribbons. Additionally I tried to color the backround with a brush and ink. I still have to practice a lot. But the result comes close to what I do have in mind.

      Thanks for looking
